Crafting a refined digital experience for a frictionless flow

As part of their global growth strategy, Made In partnered with B2 to expand into the UK and Canadian markets. The goal was to move fast—launching localised Shopify stores that could deliver the same premium experience while supporting operational and logistical needs in new regions.

Rapidly setting up dedicated Shopify storefronts tailored to the UK and Canada, with the right currencies, fulfilment setup, and user expectations. All whilst maintaining the brand’s high design and performance standards.

Continuously improving the user experience through CRO, UX enhancements, and localised content, ensuring strong commercial performance in each new region.

To support Made In’s Canadian launch, B2_ developed a custom Shopify theme that balanced premium aesthetics with high performance. With a focus on clean design and strong product storytelling, the theme puts media front and centre, letting the cookware speak for itself while driving conversion.

After a standout Canadian launch that smashed targets, Made In doubled down on international growth with B2. Riding that momentum, we fast-tracked a fully localised UK storefront, tailored to regional fulfilment, currency, and customer preferences, which officially went live on 17 September 2024.

The rollout positions Made In to replicate (and surpass) its Canadian success while cementing a premium brand presence across two major new markets.

With expansion into additional territories already underway, we’re layering in sales optimisations and enhanced web features designed to boost performance, sharpen conversion, and scale seamlessly.
