Sneak Energy is a brand of energy drinks that was founded in 2018. The company's mission is to create a healthier, more affordable, and tastier alternative to traditional energy drinks. Sneak Energy drinks are made with natural colours and flavours, and contain no sugar, artificial colours, or flavours.
Sneak Energy approached us after launching a new Shopify Plus theme, looking for fresh ideas to scale their ecommerce performance and optimise operations. With a solid foundation already in place, they wanted to ensure their next phase of growth was strategic, scalable, and brand-aligned.
We ran a focused Growth Planning Session with the Sneak team. It was a collaborative deep dive into their brand, code base, and current performance. This gave us the insights needed to shape a roadmap that would unlock both short-term wins and long-term growth.

Evaluate the newly launched Shopify Plus theme and front-end setup for flexibility, speed, and maintainability. We explored how well the codebase could adapt to future campaigns, new features, and international scale — without slowing down operations.

Uncover high-impact areas across user experience and on-site conversion to support Sneak’s ambitious growth targets. We looked at how product discovery, navigation, and promotion strategies could evolve to increase AOV and retention.
Align strategy with brand & operations
Ensure any future improvements stay true to Sneak’s bold, energetic brand while also supporting behind-the-scenes efficiency. This included identifying where tech integrations, automation, and streamlined workflows could free up internal resource and reduce friction.
We successfully migrated Sneak to Shopify Checkout Extensibility, replacing legacy scripts with a future-proofed, flexible checkout architecture. This gave their team more control and stability, ensuring they could adapt quickly to evolving business needs without compromising performance or compliance.
To support product discovery and boost average order value, we implemented Shopify Bundles. This feature enabled Sneak to promote curated starter packs and mix-and-match offers, helping first-time customers explore the range more easily and encouraging larger basket sizes.
We also designed and built custom landing pages tailored to specific campaigns, audience segments, and acquisition goals. These pages were strategically crafted to guide new visitors through Sneak’s brand narrative, highlight key product benefits, and drive conversions — all while maintaining the brand’s bold visual identity. Together, these deliverables helped lay the groundwork for a more agile, scalable Shopify Plus store that can support ongoing growth, campaign execution, and a seamless customer experience.

From a customer experience perspective, the updated bundle design now provides a more intuitive and visually engaging checkout flow, resulting in increased user satisfaction and smoother navigation. This improved design has set the stage for higher conversion rates, as customers are able to discover and purchase bundled products more easily, creating a more seamless path to purchase.
On the operational side, the new layout and organisation of bundled items have streamlined the pick-and-pack process. With better visibility and improved order structure, the team can now process orders more efficiently and accurately, reducing the likelihood of picking errors and improving overall order fulfillment speed. This has not only enhanced productivity but also contributed to a better customer experience, with faster and more reliable deliveries.
