Marketing Manager (Part-Time, 18 Hours/Week)

Casus is seeking a part time Marketing Manager to lead internal marketing for Ayko, B2 and Dataworx. You will shape strategy, create clear and engaging content, manage digital channels and deliver campaigns that strengthen three growing brands. The role involves working closely with senior leaders and turning complex information into effective communication.

Brand strategy and content creation

You will define and deliver the group marketing approach across Ayko, B2 and Dataworx. You will shape each brand’s identity, create high quality content, and make sure our voice and message stay consistent.

Campaign management

You will run campaigns that support awareness, engagement and demand generation. Planning, creative development, coordination and delivery will sit with you.

Website, social and email management

You will maintain our websites, manage organic social channels, produce newsletters and communicate industry insights, company updates and project wins that enhance our reputation.

Internal stakeholder collaboration

You will work closely with teams across the group to capture insight, understand priorities and turn expertise into strong marketing assets.

Performance tracking and reporting

You will monitor campaign performance, report on key metrics and highlight opportunities for improvement.

Event support

You will support the planning, promotion and delivery of events and webinars that help establish our brands within the digital, commerce and data communities.

Supplier management

You will manage external designers, videographers, writers and freelancers. You will ensure output is high quality, on brief and delivered within deadlines.

Thought leadership and brand advocacy

You will help translate our knowledge into useful content, articles and branded material that position Casus as a trusted partner for e commerce, digital and data.

We want someone who brings senior capability as well as hands on execution. Ideally, your CV will show:

  • Several years in a marketing role, managing multiple projects or brands
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently
  • Confident content creation skills and experience planning and delivering multi channel campaigns
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing practices
  • Experience with social media management, email platforms, CMS tools and basic analytics
  • A commercial mindset, linking brand work with business goals
  • Ability to translate technical or complex information into clear and engaging content
  • Ability to collaborate well with cross functional teams
  • Experience in B2B marketing or responsibility for multiple brands
  • Preferable but not essential: experience working within an agency environment

We are looking for someone who has already operated at this level, who wants to take ownership of a marketing function, and who is ready to shape the direction of our group brands.

  • £45,000 full time equivalent [approx £23,000 pro rata for 18 hours per week]
  • Flexible working hours, provided you are onsite a minimum of two days between Tuesday and Thursday
