Remus Uomo is an independent men's clothing brand. While the brand first became renowned for its formalwear, today its collections weave together a complete wardrobe of sharp modern tailoring and well-made, understated clothing.
Ayko, the sister company of B2, had played a significant role in helping Remus Uomo scale their ecommerce operations on the Magento platform. Over time, however, the Remus Uomo team began to reassess their technology stack in light of the evolving needs of their business and the wider trends within the fashion ecommerce space. With more and more fashion brands successfully migrating to Shopify and achieving faster performance, improved user experience, and greater agility in marketing and merchandising, Remus Uomo saw an opportunity to modernise their ecommerce infrastructure.
Following a period of strategic consultation, the decision was made to transition from Magento to Shopify Plus. This move was driven by the desire for a more intuitive content management experience, increased development flexibility, and access to a powerful ecosystem of apps and integrations designed specifically for high-growth ecommerce brands.
Rather than using a standard theme, Remus Uomo partnered with the B2 team to design and develop a fully bespoke Shopify Plus storefront, tailored to reflect the brand’s premium positioning and support their ecommerce growth ambitions.

The new design leverages full-width content sections and large portrait product imagery, allowing the product to take centre stage and creating a clean, high-impact visual experience that mirrors the sophistication of the collection.
